(Done) (Enhancement) (Brandon) (FP6) Support in-cell editing of "Schools" data #84

We now navigate to the right of the JQuery Data Table to click "Edit" button to edit a school.

Support "in-cell" editing of the table so that any value can be editing directly in the table. AJAX implementation will directly update the database once you tab out of any cell.

This is already implemented in another project (please check https://github.com/sjasthi/abcd2/blob/main/list_dresses.php
