Updated schools.php file to enable feature to display certain amount of schools depending on what user selected. Also added sorting buttons so the user can sort the schools.

Hello:

There are some minor fixes (to pull the admin notes funcitonality). I did those and pulled in the changes. So, admin notes functionality is now in the upstream.

However, schools.php has conflicts.

So, you need to sync up to the UPSTREAM first and submit your changes after the syncup.

Hence, rejecting this pull request.
