LustyJuggler and vim-surround #29

LustyJuggler seems to break vim-surround visual mode functions.

I can reproduce the behaviour in the following way:

Run Vim with only the two plugins: LustyJuggler and surround (by tpope)
Write something and use v for visual and select something
Press s" and the surround plugin adds " at the beginning and the end of the selected text
Create a new file with :enew
Use LustyJuggler to switch back to the original file
Now visual mode + s" does nothing

This should be fixed now thanks to https://github.com/sjbach/lusty/pull/32. You'll need to be running a recent version of Vim 7.3+ -- anything >= patchlevel 32.
