Problems with commands in newest version #56

I just updated Lusty yesterday (November 22) and all my commands are broken. I was just using all the default keybindings, and now when I type \lf I just get an error that LustyExplorer isn't an editor command. I tried setting LustyFilesystemExplorerDefaultMappings and LustyExplorerDefaultMappings to 1, to no avail.

I know this isn't the most informative bug report. If there is some more information I can give you, please let me know. Thanks for your work on this plugin. I think it is the best navigation plugin around!

Awesome. Thanks a ton. The fact that I had a really hard time working this morning when I couldn't use LustyExplorer is a sure sign that this plugin is great! Thank you.
