Tools are not starting #4

When i click in Tools for example on the device configurator, a pop up on the right down cornor with "starting program" device-configurato" --> but nothing is starting. Same with all other tools

(VS Code, MTB Assistant --> newest release.)

What version of ModusToolbox do you have installed?
