Set up Pi NoIR camera

Still no sight of that IR LED array. :mailbox_with_no_mail:

It would require a 12V supply, of which I am in short supply. (Didn't intend that pun. :nerd_face:)

The camera gets too hot. I think I'll build a frame with the 12v IR LED board and a 12v fan. The 5v RPi zero can hang out somewhere in there.

I'm thinking that wooden sticks can make a nice frame.
