Allow for style and prop overrides in bubble menus, and remove from RichTextContext #29

This allows a lot more flexibility, and doesn't assume that users want to use these bubble menus, or if they do, that they want to use them with their default props. (e.g., someone may want to use a custom version of one of these bubble menus)
