I'm happy with the revision - I like how you link the letter to the actual changes using notes. Two comments/suggestions:

Do you think me being a ASAPbio ambassador for pre-prints should be added to the conflict of interest?
As for the TODO for reviewer 2, the OPEN RESEARCH GLOSSARY could be references.

re: conflict, I think if in doubt, add it. I'll add something.

re: TODO, that's now fixed, and I need to update the response, thanks. Do that now.
