License wording update #22

Stodden2009 doesn't explicitly mention MIT. Current wording kind of suggests this is a reference for all of: "to use a permissive license such as MIT or BSD"... Maybe add reference to MIT licence text?

Also possibly add: Alternatively, to ensure derived versions of your code remain open source too, use the GPL license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/#GPL).

Happy to take a better single reference, but I feel we just need to point to one place where someone can get the 'scoop' on licences, and that seems to be http://choosealicense.com
