Gust wind branch code generates occasional massive incorrect gust readings #6

On the multicore gust branches, there are occasional gusts an order of magnitude too large which suggests some error in the recording or calculation logic.

Added logic to identify large spikes, log the sample data to a file and push to influxdb and set the gust wind reported to wunderground to 0 to help identify the cause and improve wunderground weather data visibility in the interim.
