This PR has a couple minor fixes, but is mainly for renaming the repository. Will add more details later, want to see if the unit tests will run properly.
This PR adds: Automated unit testing on github, a small bug fix in filter_cells, slightly improved color handling for plots, and a basic version of the peak prediction plots (will not work if key does not include fitc currently)
