Check external template files match .ttinclude #762

The template folder needs to be checked it matches the latest files found within the .ttinclude file.

Also add .net 6 template files.

The templates folder has now moved to _File based templates folder and are generated, which means they are always in sync with the generator. See the folder https://github.com/sjh37/EntityFramework-Reverse-POCO-Code-First-Generator/tree/master/_File%20based%20templates
