Notify registered users when updates released #781

To help us keep up to date and since you have a list of paying customers, please email current subscribers when you release an update so we are sure not to miss a new release. Thank you. I did not see 3.7.0 released.

Hi @nealculiner. I always thought Visual Studio would notify you when an extension has an update. It's a good idea anyway, and I'll add that to the website.

I think my VS may automatically update and I don't know that it did. Obviously I then need to do my merge work and manually update everything. So pushing an email to me when a new version is released will allow me to keep my projects up to date. Thank for considering the idea.
