domainswild* files not updated #12

Since nextdns pull from it, it's also not updated.

Recently addressed a bug where blocklists were only being updated with a new timestamp in the header but no actual changes in the content/domains below that. This implementation seems to have failed on this syntax for having more then 1 times "\n\n". I've now fixed the issue.
