MessageBox in IE9 doesn't display correctly. #546

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Popup a message with MessageBox.show(...)
2. The messageBox that appears turns grey and I'm not able to click on it.
3. I can't click on the rest of the webpage either.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I attach an image with my 
problem.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information: I use gwt 2.4 and 
gwt-ext 2.0.4. It happens only in IE9, it works correctly in FF and Chrome.
