Does anybody know the specific requirements for a domain/certificate to be picked up for renewal?

We have certificates expiring on a daily basis, with no errors reported by the web jobs and I'm trying to figure out what's happening.

It was working fine for a long time and now all of a sudden the renewals are not working on several domains.

Apologies, I posted in the wrong issues. I am using the original extension not this new version.
