investigate into why we are seeing.

proper msg: notification : XRP buy @0.55099 on 23:30 UTC hoping to sell @0.5675197 by 01:30 UTC

current "wrong" msg: notification : buy @0 on 00:00 UTC hoping to sell @0 by 00:00 UTC

created a new channel to be in line with watchman_buy_noti and watchman_sell_error
