Wrong reverse geocoding #5

Hi,

I have encountered an issue when finding the city for "35.689566","139.770879" The effective location is Chiyoda, a city in Japan, but cities is returning Adak in Alaska!

This is as expected. This package does not handle cities outside the U.S.
