VS2017, VS2019, VSCode #2

On your extension page it says 'Added Support for the VS2015 and now VS2017 (sorry for the delay) however I am unable to upload it as the VS Gallery gives an error.'

It doesn't seem like the VS2017 update was ever published here though, and VS2019 (which is quite good, surprisingly) is out now.

Oh, and I'm also curious if you'd be willing to port this to VSCode. It's a much lighter tool based off the VS design, and it's platform-independent. I use it as my primary text editor on Linux these days.
