This is a simple menu to display links. They can either be hyperlinks or call events.

MenuWidget should be either styled as a Standard menu, or a Fixed menu.
Fixed MenuWidget should be fixable to Top, Right, Bottom or Left.
MenuWidget should be oriented either horizontally or vertically.
MenuWidget should expand down and right alternating.
This should be potentially integrated with a History or HashRouter utility.
This should be potentially integrated with a SwitcherPanel.
