Threw an exception w Sublime 3.0 Build 3143: self._update_in_progress has to be initialized with instantiation.

Fixes #17

Sorry for the long time it took me to get to this. I no longer use Sublime Text and do not have time to maintain this extension. Do you want to fork and we switch over the version in the official package list to your fork?
