Output file delta_q_details is empty #19

The output csv file "delta_q_details" is empty. This file is likely copied with the directory and can be deleted.

File has been deleted. Will verify and close after testing. The file is an output of the postprocessing script sum_deltaQ_from_contributing_reaches

Tests successful. The file was verified to strictly an output file from a script that is not called in the main sequence of the Reg Tool, but instead an extra utility. The file was not needed in the repository. This issue is ready to be closed.
