Lake head extraction program output results shapefile #20

Add .dat results to a shapefile with lake boundaries that can be added to an .mxd file.

Also, need to merge the three input shapefiles into one shapefile, and that the extraction output can be linked back to the lakename/id in that one shapefile. Add the table output also (with lakename and id).
