12_sp_corr.ipynb: replace the deprecated IPython.html package
13_global_texas.ipynb: small errors (for example, below Moran's I should be 0.0859)
14_local_texas.ipynb: delete the introduction of global autocorrelation (which is a repetition of notebook 13) in the beginning of the notebook
16_spatial_dynamics_analytics.ipynb: add some narratives

Might be too late for the workshop tomorrow. But we can utilize them in the future workshops.
