add merge manager / worker #32

add worker to call MergeData
add manager for workers
add initial log listener for multiprocess logs
add scraping overlap files and setup of workers

@huckleberry-hound got up to the point where I need the gene data files (the 28 ish files to read)

right now it tries to read the TSV file which is wrong
