Generate TPM and FPKM Matrix for Strawberry Fruit Expression Dataset #64

I will assemble fruit expression datasets (currently in hand) and create both a TPM and FPKM matrix.

I have some existing code that I am using for the blueberry and grape projects. Will not add the code to this repository, as it relates to generating a data set that we will use on conjunction with the TE density data. But I will create a general helpful scripts repository on my personal page or on the EdgerLab page.
