添加博士后出站报告模板以及博士的预答辩模式选项 #551

biblatex是支持多处输出参考文献的，故而已发表论文一章也可用biblatex处理。至于盲审版本则只能保留手工处理。增加了一个交大学报的文献，用于测试已发表论文中被引用而未在正文中引用的文献不会出现在参考文献中，只出现在已发表论文中。

不过 biblatex 已经移出 sjtuthesis 文档类了。现在参考文献的实现方式其实是交由使用者自行决定的。当然示例文档里使用的是 biblatex，但不排除有同学们有使用传统的 bibtex 方式的需求。出于兼容性的考虑，我反对这个 PR。

这个博后的模板跟清华的基本一致，好像全国统一都是这个
