Jekyll build #16

在外面创建了 image base，现在速度就快多了

不过，我想到一个问题：为什么我们要把（可能）频繁变化的 web 用 ADD 指令加入 image 呢？直接用共享 volume，就能在 image 不变的情况下编译 jekyll

（之前没人想到这一点吗？）

Rebase 的时候把 #14 的补丁也带上了。如果 #16 被 merge 了，那就把 #14 关掉吧
