bioconductor镜像无法使用 #214

根据options(BioC_mirror="https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor")设置了启动项，但是使用安装时，还是提示错误 Warning: unable to access index for repository https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor/packages/3.12/bioc/src/contrib: cannot open URL 'https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor/packages/3.12/bioc/src/contrib/PACKAGES' 在网页中确实打不开该网址 https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor/packages， This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

这是一个已知 bug。镜像站 s3 不支持软连接，而 R 语言又必须访问 packages 目录。之前有人给上游修，不知道有没有合并进最新版。

bioconductor的网页中根本没有内容，打开https://mirror.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor/ 显示mirror-intel uses S3-like storage backend, which means that you could not browse files like other mirror sites. Please follow our instructions to set up your software registry. If you intend to browse, we have provided an experimental API to browse bucket. Browse bioconductor

点击 browse 即可。bioconductor 的内容在对象存储上，和普通镜像源不一样。

按您说的，点击了点击 browse ，是可以网页浏览， 不过用R软件bioconductor，根据网站help设置options(BioC_mirror="https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor") 或options(BioC_mirror="https://mirror.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor") 使用R软件报错， Warning: unable to access index for repository https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor/packages/3.12/bioc/src/contrib: 等等 另外，点击 browse 可以网页浏览（https://s3.jcloud.sjtu.edu.cn/899a892efef34b1b944a19981040f55b-oss01/bioconductor/mirror_clone_list.html），也没有packages目录，也是无法使用软件

国内 bioconductor镜像比CRAN少一些，多个高校的bioconductor开源镜像出现问题，清华的可以，但我这里网上也不快。 谢谢管理员！

现在我们应该可以通过 rsync-sjtug 正确地支持同步到对象存储，近期会修复
