anaconda的源channel load failed

win10 64bit anconda 2022.10月最新版，用网站介绍的.condarc编辑设置如下 default_channels:

ping mirror.sjtu.edu.cn 命令正常 channel load failed。无法连接，整整2天了，换清华的源设置，连接成功。
