Qt 完整同步 #99

上游路径: master.qt.io

镜像简介:

国内其他镜像源同步情况: SJTUG 已经同步了 official_releases, development_releases 和 online 部分。由于 Qt 上游 mirrorbrain 的问题，official_releases 中 symlink 的部分文件无法被自动定向到 SJTUG 镜像站。一个简单的解决办法就是将 Qt 镜像全量同步。

同步方法: rsync

镜像大小: 2T

Seems that Qt is only 1.4T, and we have already partially synchronized 1.2T. What about synchronizing the whole repo?
