Integration with twitter and other SNS through RSS

As we are using hugo for our new page, it is actually viable for us to generate RSS/Atom feeds and integrate other services once a new article is published.

One possible solution is using IFTTT which can post links to articles onto Twitter/FB/Weibo and other services.

Send mails to Google Groups is also an option.

RSS is natively supported by Hugo.

Currently I have no access to twitter account since twibot in slack becomes broken
