Cannot build since commit 71745c5 #48

Since commit 71745c5 this project cannot be built anymore due to data/nvdcve2simple.xsl file removal. References to that file shall be removed from Makefile too.

As workaround an user can readd that file before the build.

Please also document jq minimum version, the one available in Ubuntu 14.04 repository doesn't work, I used ppa:cran/jq PPA repository (which provides jq 1.5) to allow the pull process to continue.
