We accomplished several goals from last week. Ben looked into SSI; Sam gave Mallet a go, ran into problems, but sure did try, also write up a brief summary of her texts for Thyra; and Thyra did compile a list of writing elements.
For next week, we have a few new things to focus on:

“aesthetics” for example evolving the SSI navbar from static and figuring out why table borders appear on some people's computers and not others
Using XSLT to transform texts for the site
Sam
Create list of what data we actually produced and what categories they fall into
Bring in visualization concept ideas and a few SVG prototypes
Thyra
Complete write-ups for the site
Ben continues to be plagued by merge conflicts so we're still trying to resolve that. Right now we're on the verge of pulling the site together into a cohesive product rather than three disparate parts so look forward to next week's update!
