I liked the sheer volume of information that was on your project site. I also really like how your site links to other resources. I also really like the intractability of using check boxes to highlight different key parts of the various texts. Being able to click on those boxes can make a user feel more invested. Another detail that I like that the each of the check boxes will highlight different text in different color. That is something that could have been really easy to forget about.
I really do not think the background style of the site works. While it thematically fits, the dark shading underlayed to black text makes it hard on the eyes to read. I suggest making a more neutral background for the site, so that it is more visually pleasing, and easy to to read.
