找不到gather_firstday.csv文件 #1

您好， 我最近在读您公布的这份代码，但是没有找到gather_firstday.csv文件，这个文件好像也并不是MIMIC-III数据集中的一个文件，是您更改了名字还是自己生成的呢？因为缺少这个文件，也不知道具体的文件格式，所以代码不能跑起来，麻烦您能给出明示，谢谢！

Gather_firstday.csv contains patients' information such as demographics, lab test, vital sign. You can get it using the code in https://github.com/MIT-LCP/mimic-code/tree/master/concepts as mentioned in README.md. I'm not sure whether it's ok to distribute the processed file because of the license of MIMIC-III dataset. I know it's an annoying thing to preprocess data, so you can contact me via email and I'll send you the file. @Wangshanshan456

Thank you for your reply. I quite agree with you that it's an annoying thing to preprocess data . I hope you can send this file to me. I have applied for the MIMIC-III dataset, but it is still very difficult for me to obtain gather_firstday.csv file. Yesterday I sent a email to you. Thank you very much!

I can't find the gather_firstday.csv file either, and the official code for processing the data is also invalid. Please help.
