Merging open changes from Juan there is some duplicate code (both of us implemented an interface to get the graph weights) in AnnotatedSimilarityFeaturizer which needs to be cleaned up but most recent changes should be merged in. The Spanning Tree tuning prototype implemented in the eval package--will document later.
