is it planned to port sk1 for Python 3? for Debian 11, Ubuntu 22.04 etc

Hello friends, I would like to know if there is any progress with this, since today I tried to install it on Debian 12 with Python3 and it is error after error due to syntax incompatibilities, I managed to solve several but then it started throwing errors with the Cairo library.

The project is currently abandoned. It's sad, but it's true. :-(
