add support of different type interfaces for dynagen #191

currently FastEthernet and Ethernet are supported. Will need more (GigabitEthernet etc.)

will add when we work out what they are in dynagen :) http://dynagen.org/tutorial.htm isn't very clear

also should support serial and other common values. be better to work em out and hard-code, than require the user to find them.

bug report needs more details, or can we close it now?
