handle windows os.sep for dynagen (and lab directories) #229

Failed tox test: console = 2005

cnfg = /home/autonetkit/ank_lab\dynagen_lab\configs\3a_AS3.conf
cnfg = /home/autonetkit/ank_lab/dynagen_lab/configs/3a_AS3.conf

Two problems: need test to be ok on windows - possibly include a different test file for windows also need the /home/autonetkit/ank_lab to be correct on windows - this may come from the config file
