I suspect it's the way I treat A# in the sets as meaning an ASN rather than a network name. But an example of the input in the bug would help me to replicate it, and to add a test case to prevent it in future. Cheers Simon

I think e-mail is better for this.
See attached the "star-broken.graphml"-file that Debbie created. This file doesn't create the policies correctly. Also attached the star.graphml, which fixes the problem. Star.policy is the policy file (of course in Debbie's file A42 was called just A).
