Incorrectly creating iBGP peerings for virtual nodes #244

Junos compiler for virtual nodes creates iBGP peerings between all nodes in iBGP graph. Need to skip virtual nodes. Part of the problem is due to added in later support for virtual nodes. Will be addressed in future rewrite of ANK logic.
