MEDIUM mako scripts dropped to libvirt_fs #266

Scripts created from mako templates are dropped into the libvirt_fs directory - the libvirt_fs directory (and subdirs) should be considered read only by ANK

think we can close this one as superseded by events and fixed in other fixes
