Show featured hashtags on a user's profile #88

Featured hashtags seem to be an often overlooked feature in Mastodon and none of the mobile apps I've checked out seem to bother showing them at all. I think it would be nice for them to actually be utilized. They could be an additional tab in a user's profile, alongside "Posts", "Posts and Replies", etc. They could also be added in the "About" tab instead.
