Make settings easier to understand #942

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the display settings, there are buttons that turn features on and off. I believe that the button text should all be uniform, meaning that all buttons turn things on instead of "disabling." There is one feature that says "Disable swiping between tabs," which could be renamed to "Swiping between tabs."

Describe the solution you'd like

All the buttons should have the same meaning for their unique features. All buttons should turn things ON instead of turning on a button to disable a feature. This will make it easier to understand for the user, and when you look at the settings, you can easily tell what is being enabled and what is not.

Describe alternatives you've considered

If applicable: a clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context

The two options I've noticed so far are:

  1. Disable pill-shaped active tab indicator
  2. Disable swiping between tabs
