In the display settings, there are buttons that turn features on and off. I believe that the button text should all be uniform, meaning that all buttons turn things on instead of "disabling." There is one feature that says "Disable swiping between tabs," which could be renamed to "Swiping between tabs."

All the buttons should have the same meaning for their unique features. All buttons should turn things ON instead of turning on a button to disable a feature. This will make it easier to understand for the user, and when you look at the settings, you can easily tell what is being enabled and what is not.

Removing all negation-style settings allows simplifying others since users will expect an "on" toggle to always enable something.

Enable scrolling text in title bars --> Scroll text in title bars
Hide interaction buttons --> Interaction buttons

Enable post formatting --> Post formatting
Enable emoji ractions --> Emoji reactions
Server supports local-only posting --> Local-only posts
