Updated compatibility with latest BE

• Updated minGameVersion to the specific BE version so people don't have issues with crashes while playing older versions
• Fixed canPlaceOn method signature (int rotation is a parameter now)
• Some random import optimization done by IntelliJ

edit: also fixed the linked issue, I went to go check if it was caused by code on my end... and it was, I messed up a null check.
