garrysmod 13 beta fixes #33

This contains all fixes for garrysmod 13 I have done so far.

Fixed: -Playing youtube video works -Bookmarks works -Browser works halfways -!ytplay works

New: Pressing E on projector should turn off playing (clientside of course)

open Bugs: -resume not working -PlayX-Browser: selecting a video doesn't play it using playX (missing hook maybe for new awesomium browser?) -tested only youtube -repeater monitors not working

I tested in my dedicated server and it worked before the release, lets hope it will do after.
