Command errors in command pipelines are dropped #2

Errors that occur during command processing when commands are being piped are not reported to the user.

This isn't an issue I just want to say that this is amazing and horrifying as a Discord bot and I love your work on classic (as in for old versions of Minecraft Premium) mods and plugins.
