ResolvePackageNotFound #2

Hello! I am trying to install TRACR_RNA following instructions, but conda cannot create an environment from the file environment.yml, and returns this error:

ResolvePackageNotFound:

Maybe, someone has already solved this issue? Thanks for any help. Best wishes!

It looks like this issue was caused due to using a newer version of conda that can't use the newer compilers on some of the dependencies. I am working on this issue now to try and get an updated list of packages that need to be installed. Once this is done I will list the packages and update the environment file so you can build from scratch or use the env file. I expect to have this done by Wednesday next week (8/31/2022).

Hi Could you solve this problem? I can not create an environment from the file environment.yml and it says: Solving environment: failed
