can not find variable 'assembliesWCrisprs' #5

In the HMM build part, you use variable 'assembliesWCrisprs', but the variable cannot be found in the previous code.

Hi Elaine,

assembliesWCrisprs.p is a compressed dictionary created in the previous steps. If you need help creating it w/o running the previous steps I can send you an example that you could modify.
